Well we survived our Pure Barre class last Friday.  It is such an amazing workout, my muscles were on fire... I think I mouthed OMG to Katie 10 times!  This workout will definitely lift your booty, tone your thighs, strengthen your abs, & turn you into a lean lady!  I bought a month unlimited membership so more to come...
FYI come prepared in yoga pants (no shorts) and socks!
