HEALTHY HAPPENINGS

1. Picked up Steelcut Oatmeal from TJ's located in the freezer section, only 150 calories & a great way to start your morning.  It is slightly flavored with maple & brown sugar.

2. New LuLu Lemon neon pink sports bra, love & highly recommend!

3. My Dad & I had stir fry night & it's such a filling, healthy, & fun meal to make together.  Lots of chopping so grab a friend, husband, sister, etc... and have a glass of wine, chat, & chop!
We added, brociflower, bean sprouts, carrots, peanuts, red bell pepper, garlic, onion, chicken, broccoli, and fresh ginger.
