1 lb lean ground beef 90/10% fat, or ground turkey, or chicken
2 cans Rotel brand diced tomatoes Regular or Hot
1 small can diced green chile's
1 small can diced jalapenos
1 can Bush's chili beans in chile sauce
1/2 can drained kidney beans
1 green bell pepper diced
1 yellow onion
1 tablespoon minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

I put ours in a crock pot while I am at work so it cooks for 10 hours.  Sprinkle on top fresh cilantro, grated cheese, and sour cream or Greek plain yogurt for less fat/calories.  Serve with a warm tortilla and dinner is ready!  *This chili is on the spicier side so eat with caution!
