I have a total sweet tooth and so I try and keep my freezer stocked with a few guilt free desserts that satisfy my cravings.  Here are my favorites.

1. VITATOPS 100 calories (freezer section)

2. FRUITFULL watermelon fruit bar 60 calories (found at Whole Foods 24 flavors)

3. BANANA SMOOTHIE: blend 1 banana, unsweetened almond milk, & ice 150 calories

4. FUDGSICLES 60 calories
