QUICK & HEALTHY
I have to have an afternoon snack at work & here are a few of my picks
1. Lemon Perrier & Edamame
2. Yoplait Light Fat Free Blueberry Yogurt
3. Instead of Baked Lays chips I might grab these Wasabi Seaweed Snacks from TJ
4. When I need protein at lunch I will get this Lighter Side turkey sandwich from Einstein's on an everything bagel thin, only 270 calories and under $5
(I add sprouts to mine)
