SNACKS FOR YOUR SKINNY JEANS

These are my favorite healthy snacks right now. 

 These Veggie Sausage Patties are delicious and quick for mornings on the go, I put a little maple syrup on mine (prego sweet tooth)

My banana smoothie
1 banana, ice, & milk

The milk I mentioned in a previous post
It does a body good

Crack bars, these are good when you want something sweet

Baby seedless watermelon
Perfect summer snack

I have a slice of this toast with butter every morning
80 calories
5 grams of fiber & protein

Fuji Apples
